I have been having such a hard time with school and technically attempting to dedicate all my attention to it, since it is my main priority, but I am still excited about this blog and i do spend a lot of time thinking about content, what looks cute with that, trends are coming out etc. Anyways, i have to remind myself all the time that graduating is the main priority right now and the rest has to be moved, unfortunately, to the back burner.
Today’s challenge is that I get to talk about about my piercings and tattoos. For piercings I only have the ears one that almost all girls are forced to have, and I rarely use because I don’t wear earrings often. As for tattoos, I have two, one is to arrows pointing upwards, it does not mean anything, technically is there for me to see how I reacted to ink. Although it did ended up being bigger than I expected, and now I kind of regret it.
The second one is in Spanish, it says “Yo soy porque tu eres” which means I am because you are, this one is on my dad’s memory who passed away 3 years ago. Underneath the sentence there are numbers which are for his birth day and death anniversary.
OK now to the actual post: This post was supposed to be before the polka dot dress, but i don’t know why i shoot the dress first and due to lack of time this one has to go after….which sucks because the highlight of this post has been shown around already.
Anyways, i got this super cute and currently trendy net shopping bag on amazon for $7 bucks, which if you ask me is super duper great deal. I think the quality is super good, and I really like the color of the netting itself.
The only thing i dislike about net bags (all of them not only mine) is that the netting has elastics, and when you put something with weight on it, like the oranges, the bag hangs lower.
For this look I went with a black blazer from H&M, sista is keeping in it classy, a white spaghetti strap top from forever21, to change it out a little bit, since I have been wearing the same outfit for 1 month now, skinny leg denim. For shoes I went for a pretty old school shoe, which are these cheaper clones of the Chanel sling back heels. I got this little ones from Chois around 2 years ago. I decided to keep this outfit pretty minimal because it is something that everyone has on their closet (except for maybe the shoes) and I like how there is a statement piece in the outfit but working as an extra (bag).
