Hey there! I am so excited on the fact that we are about to start the winter and holiday season. However, I am also a little sad on the fact that I am too broke to afford winter pieces, like a decent coat LOL. Due to the lack of newness on my wardrobe I had to get creative and inventive. Especially now that I am rotating the same outfits. I have found my self wearing this particular outfit lately, aka my late fall uniform.
I continue to reach for this outfit, (aka my late fall uniform) because it complies with my daily requirements. It is made of pieces from other seasons, making it budget friendly. Also I can wear it to work because it looks professional but casual at the same time. Not to mention is comfortable, and has enough layers to keep me warm, but not too warm. Remember I am a SoCal girl so winters are not that cold.
My late fall uniform includes this long line blazer my momma found in a thrift-store. Apparently, she liked it for herself. But it was too small for her and decided to get it for me. How very nice of her becuase I am loving it for this season. Underneath the blazer I am wearing an un-buttoned striped shirt from GANT (here). You can see me style this shirt here. I like how the shirt and blazer add a touch of chicness and a business-y touch to this look.

Now for the casual element of this outfit, underneath the shirt and blazer, I am wearing a black basic tee from H&M. For pants, I am wearing my favorite all time pants. These straight cropped leg denim pants from ASOS (similar here and here).
