Hey there! I have been loving neutral outfits for winter lately. On a previous post, sometime last year, I styled the teddy bear jacket. I have been seeing similar jackets on instagram, so I thought I could go back and styled it in a different way. You know, make a little update. So, on this post I will be updating how I would style this teddy bear jacket.
I wore this look by accident. Yes, by accident. Usually every outfit you see here has been pre-planned by yours truly. On that particular day, I woke up early because I had an appointment with the dentist. It was a Saturday after a loooong week of work. It was cold outside and I was still sick. I got up, did my make up super fast, and for a weird reason managed to straighten my hair. Then, I grabbed whatever I thought would keep my throat warm.
I also styled the teddy bear jacket last year, you can check it out here.
For this update, I am wearing the jacket…obviously…I love how warm and cozy this jacket is. However, it can feel bulky at times. I bought this jacket last year and it is from Urban Outfitters. I will be linking similar ones down below.
For this look, I kept it chic and minimal in a monochrome black. I am wearing a turtle neck black top. You might have seen me style this top on several occasions. Several occasions here & here. I got this top as a Christmas present last year from a co-worker. For pants, I am wearing black denim pants from Zara. I got this pants on the seasonal sale early January 2019. They are the mid-rise straight leg. The leg was a full leg, but I cut it off to make it appear as a cropped leg.
Now shoes: Surprise Surprise, i am wearing these western boots from Zara. I am just in love with these boots, end of story. Lastly, for a bag, I am carrying my white box bag from Forever21. Many people get surprised on the fact that this bag is from F21 because it looks expensive. The quality is pretty good and this bag is def a timeless piece.
What I love about this look is how chic, yet so comfortable and easy to style it is.
